Anybody else notice the beercart the boys have? Pretty cool. Wonder how long that thing keeps the beer cold for. And how often they have to replace the keg…

Does it? I saw a hammer in one episode (I can’t remember which one). What else has there been?

Hi all. The beer cart relies on ice in a home made bucket cooler. On a hot summer day we get about 1 day out of the ice. We looked at lots of different cooling methods (reusable cooler packs, refridgeration etc.) but in the end it seemed like a bag of ice was the simplest and perhaps the best.

Needless to say the beercart is the most used of all the brojects thus far!

If we do another season of Brojects we have been talking about doing an episode on home brew. I’ve wanted to try making spruce tip beer for a while. Guess the time is now for those tips.

Send samples of your own home brew to us. We will be sure to try each and every one 🙂
