Football season is in full swing and brothers Kevin and Andrew have big plans for the season-ending showdown. But instead of going to the game, they're going to bring the game to the cottage. With a sizable contingent of football friends geared up for a tailgate party, the race is on to create the Ultimate Football Lounge -- an outdoor space protected from the elements complete with comfy insulated sofas made from repurposed wooden pallets, motorized beer coolers, gridiron challenges, and enough food to fill a stadium.

Project Steps

Step 8

We’re known for going that extra mile to turn ordinary builds into extraordinary broventions. With the Ultimate Football Lounge, we knew we were going to be entertaining a crew of hungry and thirsty bros, so we built the “Bro Bowl” — a combination of cardboard boxes designed to look like a stadium that would hold potato chips, dip and sandwiches. Andrew even made a hummus and parsley football field complete with field goal uprights made from plastic forks with the middle tines removed. And we can’t forget about the drinks! Who wants to get up to fetch a beer while they’re watching the game? Not us! We took our old solar nacho cart and attached an radio control car to the bottom of it, creating an RC beer cooler!
